As promised!  My first card post for 2013.  This is a fun card I made and Madi wanted to use for her friend's birthday.  The image is from Stamping Bella, ketto I believe... I love the crochet flowers from Stampin Up!  As well, I am going into a stamp club, the second one I will have been in ever other than hosting them, so I am excited about that.  Our first one is Jan 25, so I will add those projects when I post.  Thanks so much for your patience with me and I am so happy to slowly be back stamping and sharing with you on my blog!

Happy 2013!!!!  This year one of my resolutions is to average posting once a week.  Last year was pathetically sad at 2 posts for the year.  It was a bad year for me, so I want to freshen this year up and move forward!  I hope that you will join me in embracing 2013 and I will be posting my first project soon!

Here we go!  Yet another Design Divas OBG (Oldies but Goodies) Blog Hop!

This one has been so easy for me because I have really not gotten anything new for over a year!  Since I moved I have a stamp space but I am not happy with it as yet so I haven't invested in any new toys. Besides the fact I have enough supplies to last a lifetime, but I am not discussing that!  :)  The blog order is below, but you should have come here from Sue Morris's blog.  The whole thing starts at Cindy's blog which is here.

So for my card I am using my robot stamp from Stamping Bella.  I made a couple of these with some robot paper I found and my boys have birthday parties coming up so I got some together.

Hi!!  I have been gone forever it seems!!  I finally found my groove slowly...  So I jumped back in with the OBG DIVA's blog hop!  Oldies but Goodies is about all I have anymore.  I can't even remember the last time I even got anything new to use.  Well, Once I get everything in order I will be changing that quick!  If you came here from Cindy's blog, awesome!   I am almost the last stop on the way.  You start at Linda's blog if you missed it!  Don't be too critical, I have not stamped in MONTHS!

My card is one I created for my Dad.  I am popping it in the mail so I didn't embellish it too much as I didn't have a bubble mailer to send it.  He loves horses and owns 4 of them.  So I did want to break out this "new" set I got in the fall last year from Bombshell Stamps.  I love their retro images and skull stamps! :)  I also decorated the inside, but then wrote in it before I snapped a photo, so you will have to see the next one before it is written in!  Now that I am on a roll, I am going to make some notebooks and bookmarks for the kids teachers for end of school next week.  I have 2 books already and just need to pick one more up this weekend.

OBG Blog Hop - September 2011

Hi all!  It has been sooo long since I posted!  I am getting settled in my new hiome but many of my supplies are still packed away.

Anyways, you know the rules... create a card, scrapbook page, or other paper crafting item utilizing at least one item from your supplies that you have not used for 6 months or more.

This card I made with one of my oldest Gorjuss Girls stamps.  I just love them!  The paper is from a secret sister swap I did several years ago.  All in all I quite love this card.  I think it is a great all occasion and the colors set if off nicely.

Well, this is the last of the cards I had made at my sister's house. I wanted to play around with black and white. I always love how these turn out. They just seem to have an air of sophistication to them. She also has this set which I love. I love that she has the same tastes as I do in stamps a lot of the time as that way I can just use some of hers too... :)

Getting back to it! :)

I just can't believe how fast time goes! Luckily I am done with all the kids activities for the summer and can get in a bit more me time! This card is one I made at my sisters house last month. I love going to someone elses and creating with their goodies! It forces me to get out of my comfort zone and create something completely different!

This card I used some great paper she had and paired it with some raspberry paper. I added the scalloped satin ribbon and a few funky polka dot fabric brads. I don't have either of these stamp sets so having the chance to play was so fun!
